Strike Local offers services including but not limited to: Google Business Profile optimization, local citation building and cleanup, AI search visibility (Answer Engine Optimization), website SEO, and related digital marketing consulting.

All service engagements are governed by a separate written agreement ("Service Agreement") between Strike Local and the client. These Terms apply to website use only. The Service Agreement governs paid engagements.

4. Free Audit and Consultation

We offer a free audit and consultation as a no-obligation introduction to our services. The audit is provided "as is" and represents our professional opinion. No engagement, contract, or service commitment is created by requesting or receiving a free audit.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Search engine rankings, lead volume, and revenue results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, client implementation, market competition, and economic conditions. Strike Local does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes. Any performance estimates or case study results shared on our Site are illustrative only. Your results may differ.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Strike Local or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to violate any applicable law or regulation, infringe on the rights of any third party, transmit harmful or malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or our systems.
